MinderF (hereinafter referred to as the "App") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information Collection and Usage

The App does not require user registration and does not store sensitive personal information such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses on our servers.

A. Local Storage

• All primary data, including user journal entries (text) and emotion analysis results, are stored locally on your device only.
• Deleting the App will also delete all data stored within the device.

B. Automatically Collected Information (Firebase Analytics)

To improve app stability and service quality, we use Google Firebase Analytics to collect the following non-personally identifiable information:

• App launch counts, session duration, screen navigation paths
• Device model, OS version, region (country) information
• Error logs (Crashlytics)

2. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. However, the following external services are necessary to provide the App's features:

A. Google Gemini API (Vertex AI)

• Purpose: To conduct emotion analysis on user-written text.
• Shared Data: Journal text content entered by the user.
• Processing: Text is transmitted in encrypted form and is discarded immediately after returning the analysis result. Your data is configured NOT to be used for training AI models.

B. Google Firebase

• Purpose: App usage analysis and error tracking.
• Shared Data: Anonymized device identifiers and usage logs.

3. Data Retention

• Local Data: Retained on your device until you delete the App.
• Analytics Data (Firebase): Follows Google Firebase's data retention policy (default is 14 months or as configured).

4. User Rights

You can access, modify, or delete your data at any time.

• You can directly modify or delete journal entries using the App's features.
• Uninstalling the App will permanently destroy all local data.

1. 収集する個人情報および収集方法

本アプリには会員登録手続きはなく、ユーザーの名前、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの機密個人情報をサーバーに保存することはありません。

A. ローカルストレージ (Local Storage)

• ユーザーが作成した日記（テキスト）、感情分析結果など、すべての主要データはユーザーの端末内部（内蔵メモリ）にのみ保存されます。
• アプリを削除すると、端末に保存されたすべてのデータも一緒に削除されます。

B. 自動的に収集される情報 (Firebase Analytics)

アプリの安定性向上とサービス品質改善のため、Google Firebase Analyticsを使用して、以下の非識別情報を収集する場合があります。

• アプリの実行回数、滞在時間、画面移動経路
• 端末モデル、OSバージョン、地域（国）情報
• エラー発生ログ (Crashlytics)

2. 第三者への情報提供

アプリは原則として、ユーザーの同意なしに個人情報を外部に提供しません。ただし、サービス提供のために必須で使用される外部サービスは以下の通りです。

3. 個人情報の保有および利用期間

• 端末保存データ: ユーザーがアプリを削除するまで端末に保管されます。
• 分析データ (Firebase): Google Firebaseのデータ保管ポリシー（基本14ヶ月または設定に従う）に従います。

4. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーはいつでも自分のデータを閲覧、修正、削除することができます。

• アプリ内の機能を通じて、日記データを直接修正または削除できます。
• アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのローカルデータを永久に破棄できます。
